Dear Volunteers,
Stamp Out Hunger is coming up on Saturday, May 12th and we would love your help! This event is the nation’s largest one-day food drive. Last year we collected enough food to provide over 350,000 meals to families in central and eastern North Carolina. This year we hope to make an even bigger difference in the lives of thousands of food insecure households in our service area and we can’t do it without you.
In past years, the number of volunteers needed at each post office station has proven difficult to predict. This year, we incorporated 2 shifts for most Raleigh locations to keep the length of time commitment minimized. However, volunteers are welcome to sign up for more than one shift.
